Yes! We have hotel blocks at both the Tulsa Club Hotel as well as the Hyatt Place Hotel a block away from Ceremony location in Downtown Tulsa. When booking make sure to book under the block for the cheaper rate listed! See more information under "Travel" section.

Guests are invited to dress in formal or semi-formal attire—suits, ties, or sport coats for gentlemen, and cocktail dresses, evening dresses, or refined ensembles for ladies.

Both the church ceremony and venue reception will be held indoors. The cocktail hour will be held outdoors at reception location.

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us.

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay within the venue's guest limit. Unless your invitation says "and Guest" our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.
